At ACT 1, we believe every child deserves a chance to shine. We’re a growing nonprofit theatre company with a simple dream: to bring the joy and power of theatre to every child in our community. Our goal is to reach students from all backgrounds, from local programs to Title I schools, and make sure every child feels seen, heard, and valued.

We’re building a place where kids can discover confidence, creativity, and connection through the arts. A place where they can laugh, learn, and belong. Our classes and performances help young people grow not just as performers but as kind, capable, and compassionate individuals.

ACT 1 isn’t just about theatre. It’s about hope, opportunity, and family. We’re here to prepare students and children for their ACT 2, whatever stage of life comes next.
